Comfortable bed, inviting decor, with fresh bagels and hot coffee each morning made my stay very enjoyable, especially with the convenience of 24-hour reception for any assistance needed.

my room reeked of cigarettes, and asking for another left me in a similar situation, just one door away. I was hoping for some kind of complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but that obviously wasn’t going to happen. just miserable here.

This experience was enjoyable, and I would stay again.

Spent 3 nights in a King Room Hearing Access with comfy beds and modern decor. Enjoyed amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and free toiletries. Housekeeping kept the room very clean. Wi-Fi was reliable and the complimentary breakfast had fresh fruits and pastries.

I stayed in a King Room, Non-Smoking for two nights. The bed was super comfy, and I really liked how clean the room was. The shower had great water pressure too, which was a nice bonus. AC was working perfectly, and I hardly heard any noise outside. Oh, and the decor was bright and modern, making the room feel inviting.
